Cloverfield is basically about a young & confused giant creature stomping through the city. The creature is difficult to kill not just because of its size, but because it can withstand tremendous deep ocean pressures causing it to be incredibly strong. What things could be spliced in a lab & possibly escape some day?

Cloverfield is a unique Sea monster movie that just might get you to think about the possibility of something gigantic that's lurking in the deepest waters on earth. Perhaps some of these things don't originate from this world.
