Indeed, humanity may have made the climb from stone age to space age more than once. This might have happened on other worlds also. He also mentioned how certain events are recorded into the fabric of space & time & then the program momentarily faded out. Well, according to the ancient concept of the akashic-records, this world & universe is part of a cosmic interactive recording & projection of reality, on many levels.
