Small to mega size companies have standards & regulations to follow, but that's not always the case.
Communism isn't any better than corporatism, because its all still a form of fascism. A Free_market with a Social_safety_net might reduce the numbers of the homeless as well as lower the prison population. The US model for the past few decades has seen the numbers of the homeless steadily increase along with the prison population.
More & more people question the methods of various corporations.
