The Cabin in the Woods & the Monsters below it
The_Cabin_in_the_Woods is an interesting horror movie. A specially constructed cabin is situated above an underground lab complex. Below this lab is a portal to another realm, Hell or a dimension of monstrous entities. The movie provides a speculative glimpse of whats behind-the-cosmic-veil of darkness.
The premise of a cabin in the deep woods above an underground complex reminds me of something else. That being the Dulce-NM underground base, apparently with an ancient & deeper base below it. There are reports of non human creatures there & even a battle that had taken place in one of the sectors.
